I am extremely disappointed with the service and product quality.
I ordered a suit for my 6-year-old daughter, but the size I received was completely incorrect. The suit appears to be around size 16 and may only fit a 2ā3-year-old child. The quality of the fabric is also extremely poor and does not meet reasonable expectations.
I contacted your team through WhatsApp to report the issue. I was asked to wait for one day, but after that I repeatedly called and followed up through messages. My messages have been read, but I have received no response or proper resolution.
This level of customer service is highly disappointing.
