6. Cash on Delivery

The Girlish offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders within Pakistan.

For COD orders:

The customer must pay the complete order amount to the courier at the time of delivery.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

Where applicable, customers may be asked to confirm their order through phone call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

7. First Check Then Pay

Where our "First Check Then Pay" service is offered, customers may inspect the parcel according to the courier's applicable inspection policy before making payment.

The inspection is limited to checking the product and confirming that the correct item has been received.

The product should not be worn, washed, damaged, altered, or used during inspection.

Once the parcel has been accepted and payment has been made, our standard exchange and return policy will apply.
